Huckleberries topped the Jefferson Park Penguins by the slimmest of margins,
2 to 1.
The game was won by Tombstone with a run in the 9th inning. After an out was
recorded, Mike Lieberthal banged out a single. Bronson Arroyo then was wild
with a pitch. Miguel Cabrera then laced a base-knock. Eric Hinske was up
next and he doubled scoring the run. Tombstone finished with 9 hits while
Jefferson Park ended up with 5.
Mike Adams(3-3) allowed no runs in 2 and 2/3 innings, and picked up the
victory. Adams was helped out by Troy Percival who recorded his 22nd save.
Randy Johnson(20-7) suffered the loss. He gave up 2 runs and 7 hits in 8 and
1/3 innings.
